Classes are primarily mat based and can incorporate the use of small equipment which will be provided.
Class numbers are limited to 10-

Before you start any of our Pilates classes we do require you to print off and fill in a short Physical Fitness questionnaire. Once you have done this please can you sign it and bring it along to your first Pilates Class.
